Nikolaou also is a professor in the Graduate/ Master's Program at St. Joseph's University in Philadelphia. Mr. Nikolaou is also very involved in many civic, social and philanthropic organizations in Montgomery County. Prior to private practice, Mr. Nikolaou was employed in various capacities by Montgomery County in the District Attorney's Office, the Detective Bureau, Court Administrator's Office, and Domestic Relations.
